  • TN: 1995 Napa Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon (USA, California, Central Coast)

    • 1995 Napa Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon - USA, California, Central Coast (12/30/2008)
This was popped and poured. Still very dark in color with a very slight hint of bricking. On the nose, green pepper and more green pepper mingling with some subtle dark fruits and cedar. On the palate again more green pepper, with completely integrated tannins and some nice currant and subtle blackberry fruits. The green pepper was NOT a flaw. It was one of the most interesting examples of how delicious this flavour can be. The finish last for 15 seconds +. Delicious and ready to drink now. (91 pts.)
    Fettuccine, linguine, martini, bikini.
